Overview

Kyoto University Summer Design School is intensive three-day design workshop.

The event had more than 1,200 participants in total in the past four years.
In the workshop, participants and facilitators from different area of expertise form a team for each theme and challenge a variety of actual social problems.

This is the sixth year since this annual event started in 2011. For this year we have set a recommended theme "culture", and have many workshop themes related to culture.

Eligible Participants

University undergraduate/ graduate students, company employees, etc. Participants are required to attend the whole three-day workshop with enthusiasm.
